Examples

The following examples use the same imaginary survey (from www.signupswappers.com) to illustrate the differences between each of our packages.

The survey was sent to us in a Word Document (click here), before we converted it into a web form.

• The survey contains 10 questions (well below the limit of 25)
• After people fill in the survey, they are taken to a thank you page (the contents of which are at your discretion).

Standard Package

Design Package

Data Entry Package

• The Date Entry Package uses the same survey as the Design Package (click here)
• We take receipt of the survey results and input them into an Excel file for you. For an example, click here.
